Personalized Treatment to Improve Each Patient’s Pain and Functioning


Several of our procedures can be performed on different parts of the body, including different parts of the spine. The location for the intervention depends on where you are experiencing pain or dysfunction. 


Lumbar (or lower spine) interventions may be used if you experience: 

  • Lower back pain
  • Hip pain
  • Leg pain, numbness, tingling
  • Buttocks pain


Cervical spine (or the part of the spine that covers the neck) interventions are often used for pain, tingling, or numbness in the:

  • Neck
  • Shoulder
  • Arm


Thoracic (or upper) spine interventions are used for pain:

  • In the upper back
  • In the abdomen
  • Along the ribs
  • Along the chest wall
